HVAC Installer (All Experience Levels)
Construction Department - San Jose
Overview:

Location: San Jose, CA
Reports to: Construction Field Superintendent
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends depending on project)
Standard 8-hour shifts (Typically 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
Overtime available as needed.
Typical Weekly Hours: 40 hours

What We're Looking For - Experience & Skills:
• All experience levels welcome (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints/plans
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Physically able to climb ladders, work at heights, and regularly lift 50+ lbs
